Many years of R&D to develop the product

The idea of adding algae to paint was a real challenge. With over 800 species of algae in Brittany, which would provide the best covering power and the smoothness that characterizes our beautiful paint today?

Engineers from the Algo laboratory, with the support of public laboratories, have carried out several hundred tests on numerous varieties of algae to develop THE “magic formula” that will meet both our environmental challenges and the expected qualities of a wall paint.

Certified and controlled quality

The Ecolabel certifies, in addition to its ecological aspect, the quality of the product with a battery of impressive tests: durability, coverage, opacity, washability, UV resistance, etc.

Each batch of paint produced in our workshops is systematically subjected to 15 control points. The results are retained and allow for perfect traceability, thus guaranteeing a highly demanding quality process.
