A unique and inclusive industrial process
Daily support and skills development: this is what could be summed up these last years of collaboration with the Esat Utopi in Cesson Sévigné and the Esat Notre Avenir in Bain de Bretagne.
Starting with a package preparation activity, the 28 agents learned how to package our paints independently. They then mastered the tinting process, before moving on to the production of testers and samples.
Today, several dozen orders leave their workshops every day, carefully checked and packaged by the teams for our greatest pride (and for theirs too!).
A certified solidarity approach
This commitment, experienced daily by the teams, has been officially recognized by obtaining ESUS status (Entreprise Solidaire d'Utilité Publique), awarded by the state.
It attests to our company's approach which is to "pursue social utility as a primary objective" and which places people and the environment at the center of our challenges.
We also have a duty to be “Solidarity and Performance” because ESUS status also requires demonstrating that the pursuit of social utility has a positive economic impact on the company and the environment. We are very proud to contribute to promoting a new form of committed, solidarity-based, and performance-driven business!
Loyal and committed teams
IT, order preparation, tinting, packaging, application of colors to our color samples, product labeling in order to contribute to positive inclusion.
The variety of activities offered by Algo allows each agent to find an activity adapted to their strengths and abilities.
This explains the loyalty of the teams at the Algo workshop, some of whose members have been working with us for several years.
